The Gun Quarter is the least converted of Birmingham's historic quarters and the closest one to Snow Hill and the Business District. That combination, walkable to the offices and still priced below the Jewellery Quarter, is where the next few years of rental growth in the city centre are most likely to come from.

The one bedroom duplexes at 745 sq ft are unusually generous for the price. Most one beds at £249,100 in Birmingham are 450 to 550 sq ft, so you are getting close to 200 extra square feet, and a layout that lets a tenant use the lower level as a study.

Only six units remain from this release and the service charge at £2.07 per sq ft is the lowest of the four Elevate schemes we are listing, which matters more to a net yield than most buyers allow for.
