Who are we and how do we assist property investors?
We provide our services to investors for free. There is no catch, no hidden fees, or administration costs. We make a commission on the sale of any property you choose to invest in.
It is our job to take the stress out of the decision-making process and to guide investors all the way from start to finish, helping to reduce the complexity of property investment along the way – no matter the asset class (asset class refers to the type of property, such as residential, student, or commercial).
We can also assist with finding legal representation, mortgages and property management services, should you need them. Following a purchase, we provide comprehensive after-sales support and, for those purchasing off-plan properties, we’ll keep you up to speed with construction updates.

Based in Dubai, Tobi Mancuso is a Director at Verta Property Group and a trusted advisor for investors targeting the Dubai property market. He plays a key role in the company’s growth, investor relations, and overall sales performance, helping clients access high-performing real estate opportunities in Dubai and the UK.
Tobi works closely with both regional and international investors, offering hands-on support throughout the entire investment process, from sourcing and acquisition to long-term portfolio planning.
