A Zone 1 postcode without a Zone 1 price is the pitch, and at this size the scheme can deliver it. Elephant and Castle has absorbed a decade of regeneration around Elephant Park and the shopping centre site, and Rodney Place sits inside that without being on the main road.

Twenty four units with no gym, no concierge and no pool is a deliberate choice and a sound one for an investor. At £3.46 per sq ft the service charge is roughly half what an amenity led London tower charges, and that difference goes straight to your net yield every year you hold it.
