Forest is the Verdes apartment phase at Haven by Aldar, the wellness led masterplan on Al Ain Road. One bedroom apartments of 850 sq ft to three bedrooms of up to 1,927 sq ft, from AED 990,000 on a 10/50/40 plan, handover expected June 2028.

Verta's expert insight

Aldar is rated Baa2 by Moody's, a better credit rating than any Dubai developer holds, and for an off plan buyer the developer's balance sheet is what protects you between deposit and handover. At AED 990,000 for an 850 sq ft one bedroom the price per square foot sits well below the equivalent Emaar product, which is what you would expect from a developer buying its way into a new city.

The honest caveat is that Aldar has not yet handed over a single home in Dubai. The first Haven handovers are due in 2027. Its Abu Dhabi record is long and good; its Dubai record is still being built.
