Cornbrook is a transport argument before it is a property argument. The tram stop on the doorstep puts you on the Altrincham, Eccles, MediaCityUK and Airport lines and into Deansgate in minutes, which is why the area has absorbed so much new stock without the rents softening.

The payment structure is the standout. A 10% exchange deposit with a second 10% at three months means you control the unit for 20% of the price until 2028, against the 25% most Manchester schemes now ask on exchange. On a £354,620 apartment that is meaningfully less capital tied up for three years.
