Verta's expert insight

Southside is the quieter half of Birmingham's city centre regeneration and it prices accordingly. You are a short walk from New Street and the Bullring on one side and the theatre and Chinese Quarter on the other, at a per square foot level well under the Jewellery Quarter or Snow Hill.

Three units left out of 28 on our list means this is end of scheme stock. That usually works in a buyer's favour on terms, and the 15% exchange deposit is lighter than the 20% most completed Birmingham stock asks.
