This is the more conventional of the two Creek Harbour launches we offer, and the one that works best if you are funding instalments from income rather than a lump sum.

The one bedroom range is wide, 755 to 1,261 sq ft. At the top of that range you are buying something that lets like a small two bedroom, and price per square foot usually improves as the unit gets larger. For a rental buyer the larger one bedroom layouts are where we would look first. Green Gate is set back from the water, so it does not carry a creek view premium.
