Creek Harbour's infrastructure, parks and promenade are already in place and a Metro extension is planned, which is what we look for when buying off plan: a masterplan that is already working rather than one that is promised.

The tenant is someone working in Downtown or Business Bay who wants waterfront at a lower price than Downtown itself, and that market is already renting the completed Creek Harbour towers.

A limited number of homes remained when we checked, several Creek Harbour towers complete in the same period, and a 2030 handover means a long wait for rental income. A medium to long hold in an established Emaar masterplan.
