It forms sub phase 3B of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration and is the first residential phase to come forward since Brent Cross West station opened, putting central London around 12 minutes away. A sales and marketing suite with one and two bedroom show homes opened in September 2026.

Verta's expert insight

The station is the investment case. Brent Cross West opened in late 2023 and this is the first new residential phase to launch off the back of it, which is the point in a regeneration cycle where the infrastructure is already delivered but the pricing has not yet caught up with it.

There is a live complication you should know about. Chase reported in September 2025 that Block B's 38 affordable homes had not been taken by a registered provider despite approaching more than 30, and that the Section 106 position with Barnet needed resolving before private units could complete. A payment in lieu was agreed in August 2025 and the marketing suite and show homes opened a year later, so it has clearly moved on, but we have not seen a published confirmation that it is fully closed out and we would want that in writing before you exchange.

The block completion dates we hold, Q4 2026 or Q1 2027 for Block 1 and Q4 2027 or Q4 2028 for Block 3, come from the distribution list rather than from Chase. Given the above we would treat Block 1 by Q4 2026 as optimistic and ask the developer directly, which we will do for you.

Prices shown are the lowest unit available on the developer's current release and change as units sell, so ask us for the latest availability list before you reserve.
