01. Can I invest in UK property from overseas?
Yes, around 50% of our buyers are based outside the UK. You do not need to physically visit a property’s location at any time to purchase. Everything can be completed efficiently and remotely with the help of ourselves and a set of legal representatives. You can then have income paid into your international bank account.
02. Will you look after the property for me?
On each of the property investment opportunities we bring to the market we check there are recommended and trusted management companies in place to look after the property. This means everything related to the tenants and rental collection is handled on your behalf, allowing for a truly hands off investment.
03. How do I choose the best property investment strategy?
We cover all of the major investment classes available in the UK. Typically, we focus on residential, student, fixed-income bonds or assisted living properties. As such, we can offer an unbiased view of the entire market, helping you to pick an option that’s best suited to your investment objectives. We will work with you to discover what you want to achieve and decide what strategy best matches your circumstances.
04. Are there payment plans or mortgages available?
Yes, there are payment plans available on off-plan property investments. However, in most cases a deposit level of 10-30% will be required on residential property at the exchange of contracts stage, with the remainder due on completion. We do have a very small selection of developments that offer monthly payment plans.
Mortgages are available for both UK and overseas investors. We have access to a wide range of mortgage brokers to enable you to achieve attractive interest rates. We can also assist in helping you invest via a limited company for tax efficiency.
05. What’s the security involved? Is my money going to be safe?
We are members of a property redress scheme ensuring we adhere to strict operational best practice.

07. What are the fees involved?
We charge absolutely no extra fees to investors and your returns are unaffected by using our service – in fact sometimes they can be improved as we can often secure discounts from the property developers. Our role is to add value and guide investors through the process from start to finish. The developers pay us directly to market their properties.
You should be aware that Stamp Duty Land Tax is payable on traditional residential property. There will also be legal fees due on all purchases in the UK.
08. What is the process for investing in property?
When you find a property you’re happy with, you will then need to complete a reservation agreement, provide ID, proof of address and transfer a reservation fee to secure the property.
You will then be guided through the purchase process by ourselves and a solicitor to completion. Once the purchase is complete, you can instruct a property management company to look after everything on your behalf, we can introduce all parties along the way.
09. Can I resell the property at any time?
Yes, you’re able to sell your property on the open market at any time after exchange of contracts, e.g. when you become the legal owner. We ensure the contracts within the developers we take to market allow for this.
