Nick co-founded Verta and has over a decade in off-plan property investment across the UK and Dubai. He leads strategy, due diligence, compliance and growth, and also advises high-net-worth individuals, funds and family offices on UK acquisitions. Having founded, scaled and exited a Dubai agency with over £100m in sales, he brings practical, data-led insight that helps everyday investors make confident decisions.
Tobi co-founded Verta and is based in Dubai, where he leads our UAE business. He supports regional and international investors through the full process — sourcing, acquisition and long-term portfolio planning — and maintains close relationships with leading developers so clients get the latest market insight. Known for a transparent, responsive approach, he has earned the trust of first-time buyers and seasoned professionals alike.

Developer track record, funding, planning, build contracts and warranties are all verified before a scheme is listed — then checked again by your solicitor.
Our after-sales team sends site progress, photos and milestone updates for every off-plan purchase.
We publish our feedback & resolution process openly. Capital at risk — property values and rents can fall as well as rise.
