Founder & Managing Director, Nick is now responsible for the overarching strategy of the business entailing all things Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance and growth across teams in the UK, Dubai and Hong Kong.

In recent years Nick has expanded Track Capital into the Middle East and has built relationships with Dubai’s premier property developers, as well as the UK teams. 

Whilst in Dubai Nick has founded, scaled and exited a separate real estate agency, with combined sales of over £100,000,000 in asset value. As well as forming a marketing agency focusing on the property and financial sectors and launching online courses. Nick’s core focus remains on building the best boutique property investment consultancy in the UK with Track Capital.
